Most internships offered to students in this region involve sitting in a corner, watching, and collecting a certificate at the end. That is not what happens here. Interns at Newsoft Infotech are given real tasks from real client projects, with a mentor reviewing the work — because an internship where you never build anything teaches you nothing you can put on a CV.
We run internships throughout the year for BCA, MCA, BSc IT, MSc IT, B.Tech, BE and diploma students, as well as for anyone who has completed a course with us and wants professional experience before applying for jobs. Durations range from a one-month summer internship to a six-month final-semester industrial training placement.
Choose the area you want experience in. If you are unsure, we will suggest one after a short conversation about what you have studied and enjoyed so far.

You are assigned to a mentor and given tasks from the project queue, starting small and growing as you prove reliable. In week one that might be building a responsive section of a client page or fixing reported issues. By month two interns are typically owning a feature end to end and presenting it for review.
You attend the project discussions, see how requirements arrive from a client and get translated into work, and learn why deadlines and clear communication matter as much as technical skill. Your code is reviewed and you are told plainly what needs improving. That feedback loop is the entire value of an internship.
Everything below is provided on successful completion — meaning you attended and did the work, not merely that you enrolled.
Different students come to us at different points. Here is where each usually fits.
Six-month industrial training or final-semester internship with a project your college will accept and you can defend.
One or two month intensive programmes during vacation — enough time to build one real feature properly.
Students who completed training with us and want professional experience before applying for their first role.

For development domains, yes — you need enough foundation to be given a real task. For SEO, content and design domains you can start with less technical background. If you are short on the basics, we will suggest a short course first so the internship is actually useful to you.
It regularly does. When we hire, we look at our own interns first, because we already know how they work. Several current team members joined exactly this way.
